Coming From Ivybridge
Follow signs to Plymouth (A38). Come off the A38 at the 'Marsh Mills' slip road - this is sign posted City, Ferry-port, B3416 Plympton. Keep to the right-hand lane on the slip road. Go around the roudabout and underneath the flyover following signs B3416 Plympton.
On the B3416 keep to the right-hand lane and at the fourth set of lights (these come up in quick succession with the first being pedestrian controlled), turn right and go up Cot Hill. This is sign posted Saltram House and Plymstock. At the top of Cot Hill turn right at the tee junction following the sign to Plymstock. You pass the Saltram House entrance on your right and continue up the hill. You will come to a speed camera and bridge which crosses the A38. As you cross the bridge indicate right as the entrance to the Home is immediately on the right over the bridge.
